금일도 DQ. 금일의 최대 패인은 10분 지각과 출근길 사과.

Warmup의 jumprope는 녹색이 좀 짧음.
Pull-up은 purple band로.
DB Thruster는 양쪽 각 15#로.
Ring Dip은 purple band로.
하지만 결론은 DQ.
2개월만의 복귀전. 힘이 없다.
